Hi Holly! You may not remember us, but we took your class in Redondo Beach at the Mother Nurture Center back in 2016:) We were thinking of you because we just had our second baby! I just wanted to brag a little bit because we were blessed to have our second beautiful birth. And I also wanted to give you some major credit, because we were able to retain some of the important things we learned from you, and it helped us this time around too!! We were equipped with knowledge and confidence (and old class materials), even though I didn't really have time to prepare like I had hoped (who has time for exercising and relaxing with a 2 yr old?). Nice, boring, birth story. Even though our daughter was a week late, this little guy decided he wanted to come out 1.5 weeks early. My water broke in the morning. I was so worried interventions were coming, since I had no other real signs of labor. We went to the hospital around 10a, but luckily I progressed on my own and we had a healthy baby by 4pm! My husband was an amazing birth partner again!! I hope you have been well!! I am so glad to hear you are still teaching and tell my friends about you all of the time:) Keep educating those future families!
