Having the class broken into 12 weeks for 2 hours each session really allows you to digest the information you receive, practice the exercises, ask in-depth questions and get feedback without feeling overwhelmed with everything else that goes on in life (work, home duties). The classroom size/layout is perfect: it’s an intimate, comfortable and casual setting (you have the option of sitting on couches or on pillows on the floor) and you really get to know the other couples by first name.”
